Most items ship in two to three business days. Some items may require longer lead times. We do process all orders, large or small, immediately, and we strive to keep an ample supply of our most popular items in stock. Items that will ship from factory stock require 7 to 10 days. Items that are back ordered and in production could take 4 to 6 weeks. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders may be subject to export restrictions and usually require additional shipping funds, which we will advise by email prior to processing your order. In the event an item is back ordered we will send it ASAP under a separate shipment at no additional cost.
We gladly accept any major credit card or your e-check thru PayPal. PayPal is fast and easy, and there is no charge for using PayPal. We have also found it to be the most secure way to accept your online payment. We do not take phone or mail orders. When you place an order you will be provided with a customer service phone number. Government credit card holders should contact us for special instructions when ordering over $2000 of merchandise.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. As we work with several manufacturers, merchandise shipped may vary slightly from what is pictured here, and if so it will be made from the same materials to the same specifications and have the same form, fit and function.
You are responsible for using items purchased from Tennessee Outfitters at your own risk and in a legally compliant manner, and by ordering you agree to hold Tennessee Outfitters harmless and fully indemnified against any damages, liabilities or other claims that may arise from such use.
We never share, sell or otherwise divulge our customer information to anyone for any reason.
*In the unlikely event that you need to claim your Money Back Guarantee, you must report it to our Customer Service Department within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We reserve the right to exclude all shipping charges from refund amount. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused with tags attached and intact. Please try to resolve all questions prior to ordering.
